We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team at our Ripon depot as a Parts Manager. You will be required to coordinate and distribute the workload for maximum parts sales, while maintaining a commercial approach to stock quality and quantities. Additional, you will be responsible for being a People Manager to a small team.
As Parts Manager you will be required to execute parts processes and maintain good organisation of the parts department and its surroundings, ensuring that everything is clean and safe.
You will be required to liaise with suppliers and associated manufacturers to achieve best cost pricing and fosters the relationships. This may include submission of parts warranty and return claims within the required timeframe to receive maximum credits allowed.
The Parts Manager will be responsible for ensuring the running of the department and ensure branch performance is met along with developing, training and managing your team.
You must be passionate about delivering a quality service that always aims to exceed customers’ expectations.
