Key details

High-speed straw rake that offers unparalleled even-distribution of harvest residues, the creation of tilth and a stale seed bed. It’s an essential tool in both strip-till and direct drill crop establishment regimes.

Farming in this way is proven to lower input costs, create a soil environment well-suited to strong yields, and protects the environment from carbon loss.

STRAKE TINES: Retractable alternate rows of heavy-duty tines, with 15mm Tungsten tips, provide an ideal combination when aiming to achieve a shallow tilth. Tines are appropriately spaced to spread crop residues which prevents the creation of damp mats of straw that can be a haven for slug populations. The spread of organic matter aids soil health and ensures the acceleration of decomposition and provide consistent benefits across the field. The disturbance provides the ideal conditions for rogue seeds to chit while destroying young weeds and removing a food source for slugs.

  • Heavy duty tines with tungsten tips
  • Hydraulically adjustable tinee
  • Lift half the tines out of work from the cab
  • Excellent contour following
  • Stays in work at speed
