EUROMIX PLUS: Versatility accessible to all
To meet the need for versatile machines to carry out daily bedding and feeding jobs, Kuhn has developed the EUROMIX PLUS models.
Based on Euromix I mixer wagons with single and twin vertical augers, the PLUS range is equipped with a straw blowing facility designed to produce quality bedding.
Available in a choice of four capacities – 13, 23, 25 and 27 m3 – EUROMIX PLUS can be used to feed mixed rations with the aid of a discharge door. |

Exclusive mixing auger
Equipped with knives with asymmetric teeth for a self-cleaning effect, the auger chops round and square bales at great speed. The two symmetrically positioned counter-knives in the body combined with the polygonal tank profile accelerate the chopping of long fodder.
The double pitch of the final quarter-coil provides optimum product expansion irrespective of the tank load level.
The macro and micro-elements in the ration are thoroughly mixed by the simultaneous vertical and horizontal flow. |

Electric controls as standard
For everyday comfort, all of your machine’s functions are grouped together on the compact, ergonomic electric control unit which is suited to every type of tractor cab.
Supplied with a triangular bracket to be mounted in the cab, the electric control unit can be fitted and removed in a matter of seconds. |

Discharge door for high throughput!
The EUROMIX PLUS is equipped as standard with a feeding unit comprising a discharge door, a protective cover and a fodder deflector plate (to prevent driving over freshly made fodder string).
This fully symmetric system can be mounted on the front right and/or rear left-hand of the machine.
The discharge rate can be monitored by door opening indicator.
The presence of a second scraper on the auger guarantees even feeding. |

Large-diameter straw blowing turbine
To guarantee quality bedding over a distance of up to 18 m on the right-hand side, the EUROMIX PLUS range is equipped with a large-diameter turbine (1540 mm).
This turbine is driven by a disengageable belt for power and reliability. |

Flow control conveyor
The PVC conveyor belt provides the transition between the body and the straw blowing turbine. With its feed speed regulated by the machine’s electric control function, you can maintain control over how much straw is projected. |

| At long last, the straw fl ow can now be interrupted opposite pillars simply by halting the conveyor. |
Separating system
Combined with the opening of the discharge door, the feed rotor is automatically put into position in the body.
As it is hydraulically controlled with the conveyor, its speed of rotation is adapted to the conveyor speed to ensure an even feed to the turbine. |
